Are you serious????? Everyone in america, legally or illegally, is obviously subject to the legal jurisdiction of america. A foreign invader cannot claim for example, that our murder statutes do not apply to him. The writers of the 14A would have never considered such a preposterous idea.
"Jurisdiction" means political jurisdiction and kids of illegal mothers do not have it.

The Amendment states: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
The only persons I can think of who are outside of this "jurisdiction" are diplomats, who have diplomatic immunity. But then again, they are "legal".

It was a play in your handle as you seem to be all over the road. Now you've turned down another road and want to argue over what "We the people" means.
And that was a statement that the people, "citizens of the United States Of America", endorsed the laws of the Constitution. And parts of the Constitution cover all people in this country, whether citizens or not, as it and the laws under it have jurisdiction over anybody within our borders! And other parts of the Constitution exclude those who are not citizens from things such as voting in out elections.Quote:
