Folks, the article was not championing the idea of a Bloomberg candidacy. What it was saying is that with Bloomberg and Baldwin making it a four-way race, it can help the odds of the CP ticket taking the White House....think about it. If Bloomberg runs he may well take votes from Osama. This would mean that Baldwin could possibly win the election with a fraction of the vote -- similar to how Lincoln won in a 4-way race with only 39%.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.
See you at the signing!!

I really HATE to be the one saying this... BUT, Until the MSM (main stream media) start mentioning others BESIDES THE TWO MAJOR PARTY CANDIDATES... Our hope for a BETTER AMERICA, BETTER FUTURE FOR OUR KIDS... Will be null.
My wife didnt even know who Chuck Baldwin was!!! And she is more of a political activist than me. Its like we live in the Old Soviet Union, the Media tells the people ONLY what THEY WANT THE PEOPLE TO KNOW!
<div>MY eyes HAVE seen the GLORY... And that GLORY BELONGS to US... We the PEOPLE!</div>

07-21-2008, 12:45 PM #14It is time to say it: the two major parties hold a death grip on the American people. Instead of representing the people, both the Republican and Democrat parties are bought and paid for by special interest groups and multinational corporations. Neither party pays any attention to the U.S. Constitution but both are largely marching in lockstep toward bigger and bigger government. Both Republicans and Democrats eagerly sacrifice what's good for the country for what's good for the party.
Unfortunately, I do not believe a viable third party will solve this problem. As long as getting elected costs as much as it does, and as long as candidates have to raise money from special interest groups, this problem will persist. I once opposed public funding of elections because it is subject to abuse and has other flaws as well. However, it now seems the only way to fix the root cause."We have met the enemy, and they is us." - POGO
