SB 358 (Sen. Patrick [R] - Houston) - "Anti-Sanctuary City"
Legislation IS IN DANGER OF NOT GETTING OUT OF THE SENATE! WE NEED

SB 358 relates to the enforcement of state and federal laws
governing immigration by certain governmental entities (i.e., law
enforcement officers).

SB 358 needs one (1) more vote to get it to the Senate floor for a
vote before it can head to the House.

Senator Patrick has the support of all Republican Senators BUT we
need one (1) more vote. One (1) Democrat needs to see the light --
please help to make that happen!

Help Stop Bill Undermining Farmers Branch’s Illegal-Alien Renting Restrictions

This is a special message for NumbersUSA members in Texas.

Dear Texas friends,

Immediate calls are needed to members of the Texas House Calendars Committee. That state committee will very soon consider SB 1398, a bill designed to stop cities like Farmers Branch from prohibiting landlords from renting to illegal aliens.
SB 1398 says, “A municipality may not require a tenant to acquire a license or permit issued by the municipality as a condition for occupying or leasing an individual dwelling unit.â€

1 vote shy? Can't believe this has not passed. I made my calls and sent my email already.

Sent emails to Sen. Davis, Dewhurst, and Perry.

Emailed Governor Perry, Dem. Senators Watson and Davis. This is our chance to put an end to sanctuary cities in Texas...keep it up!

I sent my emails. This has got to stop! The PEOPLE of Farmers Branch have spoken, and they want illegals OUT! They proved it again on Saturday when they voted against that pro-illegal America hating bimbo.
