U.S. border is being invaded and Biden Administration admits it

"Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted on Sunday that over 1.2 million and potentially as many as 1.4 million illegal immigrants have crossed the border into the United States since President Biden took office."


Why does the Democrat Party Leadership import millions of other country’s poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries into the United States when we have a housing shortage in the U.S., and have trouble caring for our own needy citizens?


In regard to our Executive branch of government and our Constitution, the word “shall” imposes a legally enforceable imperative command, e.g., our President is mandated by the Constitution, to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed” and “shall” protect each of the United States against invasion.


Why are the Governors of States affected by this ongoing invasion of our southern border not pursuing a legal action to compel the President to protect each of them against invasion?


The ongoing invasion of our border is destructive to the general welfare of the United States and her citizens, and those allowing and participating in this action are in violation of federal law! SEE: 8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens


I never thought I would live to see the day when American Citizens would stand idle and allow the United States to be invaded by millions of foreign nationals without a shot being fired.
