Thread: Has anybody heard how LoneProtesters trial went today?

I have been praying all day for lone, has anyone heard anything?

I think a post from him yesterday said that it had been re-set to start on Friday, the 25th.



Am looking for the thread now but can't seem to find it.

I just found a website that says it is January 28. I could have sworn it was Wednesday the 23rd. Looks like my brain is slipping a notch or two.

I'm pretty sure that it was supposed to be today. But, he did post yesterday and I could swear that the info said it was rescheduled for this coming Friday. However, I could be wrong. Orrrrr, maybe it was changed again?

Now, because this is going to drive me nuts until I do find it, I'm off to look for the post again!

Thanks, I have been concerned about you. The waiting is hard isn't it? umm stupid question. on another link you talked about how you did not feel the term "bastard" was dirty. Have you or your attorney thought about the John Jakes novels that were so popular in the '70's? The first one was called "The Bastard" it was later made into a made for tv movie by the same name. This movie aired during prime time in 1978. With the FCC's strong enforcement of bad language, especially back then, if "Bastard" was obscene language, why did they let the movie air without changing the title?

I read that entire series of books. I think my daughter still has them because she reads more than I do. The prosecutor doesn't care if it is a bad word or not he is going to push it, and I am too. Friday I am real sure that the judge is going to dismiss it. At least I hope he will.
