I live right next to little louie's (gutierrez) district and directly in the middle of their nest so I know this stuff as fact, not just as a threat.

Illinois pols are the most traitorous in the U.S. besides Mass and living here is he!! on earth nowadays.

The people of IL could help themselves tremendously by never hiring an illinois mexican to do anything for them (landscaping, construction, restaurant) and never, ever vote for a latino politician. Right now it's all we have and it's a weapon we should be using before it's too late.

I'm in IL. Suburbs. I didn't have time to read all of that but I think I got the idea. Feeling pretty helpless right now. Seems like a case of our being sold out not only by our federal govt but also local and the only way to stop it is a citizen uprising and we just don't have the numbers, in part due to people being ignorant of what's happening. Can't be bothered to interrupt their sex and the city episodes you know.........I'll put this out there though for anyone else reading from IL ......WANT TO HOLD OUR OWN DEMONSTARTION IN MAY??????? Can we get a lot of folks together in such short notice?

That's where the work gets done.

It's as simple as calling and asking for an appointment. Bring your facts with you and confidently talk to them sharing your information.

They are meeting with the latino/aclu/chamber groups but they're not getting AMericans calling for meetings.

Drivers certificates for undocumented immigrants would require motorists to take tests, buy insurance

As a police chief, I am charged with upholding the public safety of my city and all of its residents. That includes the safety of our streets and roads. My responsibility is to ensure that people driving in our community can get to where they need to go safely.

Hundreds of thousands of Illinois motorists take to our roads every day. About 250,000 of these drivers are undocumented immigrants who do not have licenses or insurance.

Its not that most of these drivers do not want to be licensed or insured. But under Illinois law, they cannot drive legally because they do not have the Social Security numbers they need to get a license.

The costs of not allowing these drivers to get licenses and insurance are staggering. These drivers are involved in an estimated 76,000 accidents each year, costing $630 million in damage claims and raising insurance premiums for everyone. Several Illinois legislators want to fix the law so that these drivers can get driving documents and insurance.

Their bill, House Bill 1100 and Senate Bill 1751, would authorize the state to issue drivers certificates. These certificates would look different from regular licenses. Anyone who wants a certificate would need to submit a valid passport and other documents for the secretary of state to verify, and meet other requirements, including submitting fingerprints to the State Police. The certificates would allow these motorists to drive and buy insurance.

The safety of our roadways would improve dramatically when these drivers get tested, get their certificates and get insured. That is why I support House Bill 1100 and Senate Bill 1751. The Illinois Police Chiefs Association, the Illinois Sheriffs Association, former Gov. Jim Edgar and mayors, judges, bar associations and community organizations also support this legislation. The General Assembly should support it, too.

I am an American Hispanic who is very disturbed at the lack of integrity of some Police Chiefs and the trend of Law Enforcement officials in Illinois . A perfect example is the Police Chief Anthony Iniquez of Cicero , Illinois whose commentary leaves law-abiding Illinois citizens speechless and fearful of anarchy in our streets.

His endorsement of Drivers Certificates for illegal aliens is shameful! Mr. Police Chief: Your primary responsibility is to enforce the laws on the books. This ensures public safety; instead you turn a blind eye to illegal immigration and federal law, Aiding and abetting illegal aliens is a crime!

Regardless of what you may have heard, illegal immigration is not solely the responsibility of the federal government, Many times when our local police departments comes in contact with an illegal alien during the normal course of their daily activity, they are engaged with someone who may be a previously deported alien, or a wanted fugitive in another jurisdiction. By utilizing resources theycan have a significant impact on the illegal immigration problem.

If law enforcement officials like Police Chief Iniquez would take advantage of the 287G training, False document training, programs created for local law enforcement departments and use the LESC that is available to deal with illegal immigration, he would be insuring Illinois citizens he was doing everything possible to insure a safer Illinois. But instead this law enforcement official would rather pander to illegal aliens and assume a politically correct posture.

Like the Illinois Police Chiefs Association who endorsed this bill, he has violated the associations own code of ethics and also his own oath of office to uphold the constitution of Illinois .


If our Illinois Police Chiefs Association had done their home work they would have learned that the state of Tennessee, who once invited Drivers certificates into their state, are now rescinding the law because it has been disastrous for its law abiding citizens! False documents rule the day in Tennessee

The organization of You Dont Speak for Me American Hispanics against illegal immigration urges all Illinois citizens to contact their state senators and tell them to vote NO to drivers certificates for Illegal aliens! Bill 1100 The Life you save may be your own!

SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO TELL YOUR STATE SENATOR:

Tell your state Senator: You do not want DRIVER'S CERTIFICATES FOR ILLEGAL Aliens and to "VOTE NO" on HB1100.

Tell your state Senator: HB1100 is just another reward for ILLEGAL ALIENS who have violated our laws and another incentive to come to the state of Illinois and you will not tolerate the Illinois Legislator granting anymore Incentives to Illegal Aliens.

Tell your state Senator: Identity fraud among Illegal Aliens is epidemic and HB1100 will NOT guarantee the true identity of the Illegal Alien will be actually used when applying for the Driver's Certificate; the Illegal Alien who can then flee the scene of an accident or fails to appear in court, only to disappear and reappear under another identity.

Tell your state Senator: HB1100 will NOT MAKE OUR ROADS SAFER, it will just make Illegal Aliens safer in attempting to avoid our laws. As a Matter of fact it will promote MORE Illegals to drive and now not in fear for the law.

Tell your state Senator: HB1100 even allows provisions of using a simple Non-Photo ID for obtaining such driver's certificate.

Tell your state Senator: HB1100 even allows standard provisions to obtain the Driver's Certificate without first having Insurance, (A Major Safety Argument for the Bill is they will be insured). Insurance is required ONLY after 30 days and ONLY on a vehicle to which the driver has title of ownership; thus the State MUST Prove the Certificate Holder owns the Vehicle. This does not account for vehicles the Cert Holder had previously registered using false ID and didn't disclose during the licensing process, or any other vehicle owned by somebody else unlicensed or uninsured who's vehicle they borrow.

Tell your state Senator: HB1100 requires the IL Secretary of States Office to aid and abet illegal aliens by collecting their False Driver's Licenses and then being REQUIRED to destroy the evidence within 24 hours under most circumstances!

(Use of Counterfeit or Falsified Drivers Licenses is a Class 4 Felony violation in many cases)



FINALLY: Ask the Senator how they plan to vote and if claiming they will vote NO ask "Can you give me a solid commitment?"
