    The USA vs Arizona et. al.

    Don't know if this has been posted yet but here is a .pdf link to the petition that was filed by the United States Government against Arizona and Janice K. Brewer Governor of Arizona.

    Allow me to translate. If Arizona’s law is allowed to go into effect, it will interfere with the Obama administration’s decision not to enforce laws against illegal immigration!     Obama needs to just step aside and get someone in there that will do their sworn duty.

    So, if cities choose to NOT obey federal laws will the feds jump in?
    If states choose to legalize MJ will the feds step in?

    States have powers to enforce laws, Arizona will win this one!
