RAN Action Fund, Inc., Erin Cruz and Proponents are moving to the next stage in the Recall Gavin Newsom process with the Secretary of State: Public Notice. On Thursday, August 1, 2019, Erin Cruz and RAN Action Fund, Inc., and proponents served Gavin Newsom with an Intent to Petition for Recall. August 2, 2019 we filed our Intent to Petition with the California Secretary of State. We can not give up the fight. Our founder Erin Cruz stood along with you in the beginning of the year when you were calling for the removal of Gavin Newsom. We are not settling for second best. We don't listen to the naysayers. We jumped in despite those who said California isn't worth it. There were those who said a recall will cost too much money. We moved forward despite those who said the numbers are not there for a recall. We moved forward despite those who say they want California to fall farther so we can rescue her. -- We jumped in the fight for our children, and future generations of Americans. Erin Cruz is fighting for you. She started RAN Action Fund to help! In March, early in 2019, we served Gavin Newsom for the first time and we saw our Intent to Petitions KICKED by the California Secretary of State as they disqualified many signatures of our proponents, corruptly. We are in for the fight for our state! Just this last Thursday we secured another Intent to Petition for recall on Gavin Newsom, filing the paperwork with the Secretary of State on Friday, August 2, 2019. There are still a few hurdles to go with the Secretary of State, but know that we won't stop. We can't do this alone. We need your help. We need you to be fierce, outspoken, and bold. We must remain united if we are going to win this non-partisan fight to take out Socialist Government. We will need a focused effort. That said, there are those out there attempting to undermine an effort we began 8 months ago! Don't let that happen. Stand firm! We currently have several coalitions who have joined our movement to help back up the Recall Gavin Now effort. We will also need strong support so we can get the ground game laid out and funded to gather the signatures needed in 160 days once our petition is approved. In just a few days you will see a firestorm of information about our recall. Help spread the word! There may be other "recalls" out there that are simply online petitions or underminers -- don't be fooled! We are the real deal! There is also a coalition out there, takecaback.org which is working with grassroots organizing.
