    Voting Rights

Some one please help me to understand why both parties are so worried about the illegal's votes, since they legally can't vote. How are they getting away with voting? Maybe I am asking stupid questions, but this has bugged me since Obama got elected. Are people not checking them when they register them? I know ACORN registered a lot of phony votes, but what is to say this won't happen again in 2012? Should states have people ( LIKE YOU AND ME) at the polling areas to check these documents? I would be glad to take the day off of work, just to make sure that these illegals never stepped into a voting booth.

easy answer....this is the copy of the letter I have been sending to 5 reps a day, even ones out of state.

I am contacting you about a most urgent concern. We have found out through internet web sites that illegal aliens in the USA intend to try and swing the vote this coming November elections. While many states require a State issued ID to vote, many more do not.

In some states, no ID is required, and in some, your cable bill is good enough. Many politicians have stated it is not really an issue, that is until you consider that there are 12 to 30 million estimated illegal aliens in this country.

If half of these undocumented people vote and get away with it, this is enough to swing many local, state, and national elections. We need to demand that ALL elections, no matter the size require the showing of a State issued ID or driver’s license before being allowed to participate.
If you are an elected official in a state that does require voter identification, I challenge you to consider the size and number of electoral votes states like California and New York have, these two states alone help guide the direction of the entire country.

In today’s economic climate, and the number of illegal aliens no longer “living in the shadowsâ€

    and some more information......

The Government Accountability Office estimated that up to 3 percent of individuals called for jury duty from voter registration rolls in just one U.S. district court were not U.S. citizens. While that may not seem like a large number, it’s more than enough to tip close elections — say, Florida in 2000.. Florida has over a million illegal aliens, and the Justice Department has prosecuted non-citizens, including a state-legislature candidate, for voting there. In California, a congressional seat came within 200 votes of being stolen in 1996 by non-citizens’ voting; a city councilmember was permanently disqualified from public office for soliciting non-citizens to vote in Compton in 2001.

After a grand-jury investigation of the 1982 Illinois governor’s race resulted in the conviction of aliens for illegally registering and voting, the U.S. Attorney estimated that there were 80,000 non-citizens registered to vote in Chicago. In 1985, the district director of the Immigration and Naturalization Services testified in the Illinois legislature that 25,000 illegal and 40,000 legal aliens remained registered in Chicago. The grand jury found that aliens registered so they could “obtain documents identifying them as U.S. citizensâ€

Don't most polling places merely require a signature? That is why many groups have been pushing for laws to require identification, but I don't know how many states have passed those yet. There are a lot of loopholes that can be exploited; I would hope that as hot as this issue has become that illegals will not dare to show up to vote. But in some districts they could be encouraged to do so by activists or to submit absentee ballots, especially if they have resided here a long time.

NY and NYC fall into this category. What makes it even more insane is that the utility bill only needs to be verified once. IAs can keep changing the name on any bill (cable, electric, water etc.) and register hugh numbers to vote.

    Other links on Voter Fraud

Here are some other links on alipac forum that contain discussions about illegal alien voter fraud in National Elections. I am certain there may be more such discussions that I did not list:
