In Wake of Hurricane Matthew, Bill Clinton Wants to Rip Off Haiti All Over Again
Some Haitians were still living in tents and had been since the eathquake when Mathew struck.
In Wake of Hurricane Matthew, Bill Clinton Wants to Rip Off Haiti All Over Again
BREAKING NEWS
BY TRUTHFEEDNEWS
OCTOBER 7, 2016
By Jerome Hudson – Breitbart News
In the wake of the devastating destruction to Haiti caused by Hurricane Matthew, President Bill Clinton took to Twitter and urged his six million-plus followers to go to the embattled Clinton Foundation to assist in relief efforts.
“Praying for everyone impacted by #HurricaneMatthew. Here’s how you can help in Haiti,” Clinton said his tweet, which linked to a Medium article, entitled, “Members of the Clinton Foundation Community Respond to Hurricane Matthew; Ways to Support.”
The last time tragedy struct the tiny Caribbean country, Bill and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — according to scores of enraged Haitians — used their billion dollar charity and leveraged their global connections to enrich themselves and their monied cronies.
Following the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010 — while 316,000 lifeless bodies lay buried under rubble, and while 300,000 Haitians suffered from injuries, with another 1.3 million displaced — the Clintons saw an opportunity to cash in.
Hillary Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, landed a lucrative and historically rare Haitian “gold exploitation permit,” while Clinton Foundation donors, including Digicel mobile phone company founder Denis O’Brien, were winning multi-million dollar contracts that would siphon massive profits from the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
While then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s State Department was funneling billions in relief funds to rebuild Haiti, the Clinton Foundation was leveraging its influence to guide high-dollar contracts to longtime Clinton cronies who would go on to reap millions off the catastrophe that had claimed so many lives on the devastated island.
“I deal through the Clinton Foundation,” Tony Rodham said according to a transcript of his testimony during court proceedings, obtained by The New York Times. “That gets me in touch with the Haitian officials. I hound my brother-in-law [Bill Clinton], because it’s his fund that we’re going to get our money from. And he can’t do it until the Haitian government does it.”
The anger at the Clintons from the Haitian people is no secret.
Indeed, dozens of Haitian protesters gathered outside the Democrat National Convention in July and railed against the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation for their long-reported history of using their global connections to exploit the resources and the poor people of Haiti.
“The main message is that Hillary Clinton belongs in jail,” one protester said at the time when asked what the overall message of the protest was. “We believe that the world should know about the crimes the Clinton family has committed against the country of Haiti–the money they have stolen from the earthquake victims. And we believe that were this to be anyone else, they’d be in jail right now.”
“She’s not in jail because she’s being protected by the Obama administration, the Justice Department, State Department,” the protester said.
Bill Clinton’s tweet, urging support for Haiti, smacks of irony, and Twitter followers took notice.
“Clintons still scamming off poor Haiti after a natural disaster ,” one user wrote.
“Do u realize what the Clinton Foundation did to Haiti?” another Twitter user asked.
His question was quickly answered by another user, who said, “Practically stole 6 billion promising hospitals/homes to rebuild Haiti?”
“More like literally,” another user said.
“There it is, Clinton’s looking to fill their bank accounts off another natural disaster,” another user remarked.
As Breitbart News reported, Haitians have been protesting the Clintons for years for their transgressions against the tiny island nation.

Clinton Foundation's chickens coming home to roost in Haiti?
By Thomas Lifson
It has always been apparent to me that the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation was a poorly disguised vehicle for bribery, kickbacks, and political operations, all under the guise of tax-deductible fundraising. A veneer of do-gooderism, adopting popular racially correct causes like AIDS treatment and relief for Haitians, would suffice to denounce any queries into the real nature of the money pot as harming sacred victim groups.
But somehow or other, the usual Clinton immunity has worn off – perhaps because, as Ed Klein alleges, the Obama machine is covertly sabotaging Hillary’s attempt to seize back control of the Democratic Party. Or maybe it is the contrast between Hillary’s screech and cackle and the mellow geniality of her husband. Or it might just be Clinton Fatigue. Whatever the reason, the media and activists are calling out some of the questionable practices associated with the B,H&CCF. Consider the spectacle of Haitians picketing the New York offices of the slush fund. The Washington Free Beacon reports:
Haitian activists protested outside of the Clinton Foundation in New York over the loss of “billions of dollars” that was meant to help rebuild after the devastating 2010 earthquake.I allow that there may be more than a hint of exaggeration here, but it still looks terrible to have some of the world’s poorest and most beleaguered people denouncing you for exploiting their misery and stealing money intended for earthquake relief. And sure enough, the lot of Haitians doesn’t seem to have improved much despite all the money raised for them under the aegis of President Clinton – and George W. Bush, but at least there is no George, Laura, Barbara and Jenna Bush Foundation raising hundreds of millions of dollars from questionable sources while Laura prepares a run for the presidency.
The activists are claiming the money was stolen through the Haiti Reconstruction Commission that was headed by Bill Clinton. In January 2015, the Clinton Foundation was the target of protests for wasting more than $10 billion and awarding contracts to non-Haitian companies.
The activists also said Haiti as a cover for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. They believe that this was done for favors that Hillary was doing for the foreign governments while she was Secretary of State.
“We are telling the world of the crimes that Bill and Hillary Clinton are responsible for in Haiti,” said Dhoud Andre of the Committee Against Dictatorship in Haiti. “And we are telling the American people that the over 32,000 emails that Hillary Clinton said she deleted have evidence of the crimes they have committed.”
Even worse, although the demonstrators don’t seem to have mentioned it, there is what looks like actual hanky-panky involving Hillary’s family, the foundation, and a seemingly corrupt and environmentally harmful deal. Covered in theWashington Post, where all the right people will see it!
Tony Rodham, “a former repo man, prison guard and private detective,” as thePost notes, attended an event at the Clinton Global Initiative and happened to meet a Haitian wheeler-dealer (who had paid $20 grand to attend). Rodham signed up as a member of the advisory board of a proposed gold mine in Haiti. Kevin Sullivan and Rosalind S. Helderman report:
Rodham joined the board in October 2013, nine months after Hillary Clinton stepped down as secretary of state. Viard said he put Rodham on the board not because of his family connections, but because he worked for a firm, Gulf Coast Funds Management, that had access to *investors.
Right. A real captain of finance, he. That stint as a prison guard really paid off. Except that he has not brought any investment to the project.
In December 2012, VCS won one of the first two gold-mining permits the Haitian government had issued in more than 50 years. The project was immediately slammed by members of the Haitian Senate, who called it a potential environmental disaster and “a waste of resources.” The backlash caused the government to put the permits on hold.So Rodham, the brother of an anticipated future POTUS, gets rich if the Haitian government hangs tough and allows the project to go forward. Nothing to see here, move along.
Viard stressed that Rodham was not involved in the effort to win the permit from the Haitian government, which was granted months before Rodham joined the board.
He said Rodham was compensated with stock options that will not vest unless the project is a success.
Of course, everyone is denying any possible connections. But it just looks really, really bad. And life isn’t getting any better for those Haitians, despite all the grand talk, glittering forums, and serious expressions of concern that the billions of dollars the B,H&CCF has mobilized, the portions coming from Americans deducted from taxable income.

800 PEOPLE KILLED IN HAITI BY MATHEW. LEFT DEFENSELESS BY THE CLINTONS?
The US promised to rebuild Haiti after the earthquake. Here's what actually happened
by Elizabeth HagedornSeptember 10, 2016

When a massive 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, killing more than 200,000 people and leaving 1.5 million homeless, the global community opened up its wallet, pledging some $13 billion.
Six years later, Haiti still isn't back on its feet. It's not even close. It remains the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, with an estimated 60,000 people living in tents or camps.
How to blow $300 million in Haiti
To get a sense of how the international community failed Haiti's earthquake victims, drive 90 miles north of the capital city of Port-au-Prince to the city of Caracol.
Promoted by Bill and Hillary Clinton through the work of the Clinton Foundation and during her tenure as secretary of state, the 600-acre, $300 million Caracol Industrial Park was meant to be the U.S. government's flagship reconstruction project in the Caribbean nation.
At its star-studded opening in 2012, then-Secretary Clinton called it "a model not just for Haiti, but for the world."
To make way for the new industrial park, hundreds of farmers were removed from their land and given meager compensation in return. Many are now unemployed.

'We can't even complain'
The State Department and its partners said the park would create 65,000 jobs when fully operational.
Nearly four years later, there are just over 9,000 employees. Workers that Circa spoke with make the equivalent of $3.81 per day.
"We can't even complain. If we do, we'll get fired," one worker lamented.
Understanding the humanitarian aid industry
Foreign governments and NGOs footed the $13 billion bill to help rebuild the nation. However, it was private contractors carrying out relief and reconstruction work, not locals and Haitian businesses, that benefited the most.
Consider the case of Chemonics. The D.C.-based for-profit contractor was the single largest recipient of USAID funding in Haiti, getting some $216 million in contracts between 2010 and 2015.
One Chemonics project was urban beautification near the Caracol Industrial Park. Workers planted seedlings in the town center. The plants died. The U.S. government's own assessment found that, "Residents did not understand how the activity led to the beautification of the area, nor did they associate it with the industrial park."
Private contractors like Chemonics don't have to make their spending records public. They are protected as a trade secrets.
"We really have no way of knowing how this money is being used and if these organizations can actually be held accountable," Jake Johnston of the Center for Economic and Policy Research said.
In 2011, then-USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah said the agency wasn't "satisfied with writing big checks to big contractors." He pledged to funnel 30 percent of the agency's aid by 2015.
It didn't. Despite some progress over the years, USAID only directed 18.6 percent of its funds in fiscal year 2015 toward local resources and partners.
Congress demanded more transparency and accountability
President Obama signed the Assessing Progress in Haiti Act in 2014, which requires USAID report on "amounts committed, obligated, and expended on programs." The bill's sponsor, Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) talked to Circa about her frustrations with USAID.
"If you're letting contracts to companies that may or may not be doing the work, you know, take the money and run then what do you leave? You leave much of nothing for the Haitian people."

Haiti Earthquake Contracts Ran Through The Clinton Foundation • Clinton Cash
Submitted by IWB, on August 1st, 2016
Lucrative contracts to rebuild Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake often ran through Bill and Hillary Clinton’s foundation. Bret Baier walks us through the Clinton connections to Haiti revealed in Peter Schweizer’s new book, “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich”.
Protesters talk about Clinton and Haiti’s millions of dollars raised that non-profits have used the law that says you only have to give back 10% and they have. Most people don’t know that 90% of most fundraisers go to the company and not the cause.
Why do the stars come to sing in times of a disaster – they get a check!
The people of Haiti are screaming for justice from the rape and pillaging of their country for everything that the people own. Stealing land, precious minerals and oil in the name of humanity is rolling right along in Haiti.
Haiti $20 Billion In Gold & Minerals – Owner (Master?) – Slaves to Mine It (People?)
What else could you call it?
Hidden gold in Haiti and guess who knew about it?
Was the Haiti disaster all about $20 billion in gold that the majority shareholders are Americans and Canadians? Hillary Clinton’s brother getting one of two permits issued in over 70 years to mine gold? Is this all a coincidence?
Haitians show the world how to mine without pollution and not taking more than is needed.
Greed has come to Haiti, not for people, but for gold!
Greed has to shame when it comes to Haiti – $23 billion in gold and minerals driving it forward. A disaster to put new government in place. Who passed out the U.S. dollars and where did they all go.
When the earthquake struck Haiti, many people stepped up and donated tons of money. Most of that money never reached Haiti. Haiti still looks much like it did immediately after the quake. New luxury hotels are being built using the money as the Haitians die from the Cholera the “relief effort” brought with them”!
2015 – Complete failure to rebuild Haiti and it now becomes another nation for investors to rape without giving much back.

No deed is too low for Bill Clinton & and his closeted lesbian wife Hillary to line their pockets with blood money.
And since we are on topic of moral ethics...... Bill Clinton would screw a door knob as long as it had a hole in it!
