Is it just me, or does anyone else here detect something of a smirk on Paulson's face?

Maybe it is just me because I've not really seen the man before, but there is just something very.....what....unsettling?......to me about his facial expression as he's discussing this.

Another thing: Why is Paulson talking about an oversight committee?

I thought "the plan" is written to include no oversight, no review, no nothing but secrecy.? What has changed?

And, I hope someone thinks to ask just WHO will be on this oversight committee to ensure that it is not packed with special interests, corporate heads, CFR members, etc.
