WARNING YOUTUBE GOOGLE JUST CENSORED US AGAIN!

    http://www.youtube.com/account_warnings ... guidelines

After being up with no problems for over one year, Google / Youtube just censored one of ALIPAC's videos of an employee of the Mexican Consulate telling American protesters that part of the US "is Mexico" or the property of Mexico.

There is a way to get the video reinstated. It should be found in the YouTube handbook. Many videos are unjustly eliminated by one or two people flagging a video repeatedly. I know this for a fact.

If you can find out how our people can do that please post it here. We have been unable to communicate with anyone at Google or Youtube as the rest of the public.

YouTube has deliberately made the appeal process difficult. Here is a link where you begin to fill out a long list; http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/request.py If this does not help, there are direct email addresses ( hard to find) to further the inquiry. I can provide some if necessary.

Here's where to report flagging attacks:

    1. Go to http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/request.py

    2. Select "Video removal" and click "Continue".

    3. Click "Video removal inquiry" and "Learn more about video
    removals".

    4. Answer the first question with "Yes".

    5. Answer the second question "Terms of use violations".

    6. Click "Click here".

    7. Fill out the form, remembering to answer "Yes" to the question: "Do
you feel your video was flagged off the site?"

Depending on the owner or source of the video, there may have been copyright infringements. Was it from a news source?

There are alternatives which produce revenue for the content creator.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

YouTube is a private site. They make their own rules. They can enforce them or not enforce them, it's their choice. And believe me, the individual reviewing a flagged video has an individual perception of the alleged TOS violation. My experience with YT is that depending on the reviewer, AND the time of day it is reviewed makes a difference (like most places, they work in shifts). In many cases the sheer volume of uploaded videos daily totally swamps the limited staff at YT. Yet, all it takes is repeated flags (I feel there is a program that eliminates videos before they are actually reviewed). This can be done by opening multiple accts and flagging from each one. All you do is sign out from one acct and into the other. The Jihadist do this all the time. You can open as many accounts as you wish as long as you have not been banned. This banning too, does not stop anyone. YT is the wild frontier with insufficient staff to handle the monster site they have created.

One of the ways removed videos can reappear is to have other friend accounts upload the video to their channel accounts. Multiple uploads are treated individually, not just one account.

YouTube does not enforce their 3 strikes your out clause. Records have been kept proving this. Again, it is selective enforcement.
