Hey is an Open Borders Lobby OBL here in Raleigh. He is one of their spokesmen. He favors guest worker and illegal alien give aways like in-state tuition.

He is one of my main competitors over at the General Assembly and up till this point me and ALIPAC have been smacking his ass around.

That bill is a dead duck and we have moved into offense on other bills. Lou needs to know. Ill try his producer again tomorrow.

Chris runs some organization called NC Policy watch.

I can not locate anything on the NC Policy Watch Institute??? Maybe I don't have the name right....

He moved here from Kentucky....a few years ago.

Active in the Episcopal Church....Chapel of the Cross.

Was Executive Director for a brief time with The Common Sense Foundation....appears to be a religious foundation that delves into public policy, but does not appear to be Executive Director now.

Participated in a WORKSHOP at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2001....was a speaker/panelist.....on Globalisation....along with some heavy hitters from Yale....etc.

Still looking, but can't find anything on him now.

Is he a lobbyist? And if so, for whom?

I can't find anything on the "organization".

I just know he spams legislators all the time with his emails as if they care what he thinks.
