    What about Legal Entry

    I came in here looking for answers about legal immigraion and visitation for Phillipine citizens to vist the USA.


    No answers here I guess.... Anyone can complain about illegals but if the is no guide to help those who seek to do thing the legal way the illegals will pour across the borders.

    YANKEESPY--There are many laws in place already for immigrants to enter the United States legally. There are however more people wishing to enter than Law allows. This forum is to prevent illegal entry and our time is devoted to that right now. However, I believe for a visit, the person needs to contact one of the Consulate Offices in the Phillipines for a travel visa. These visas would not originate in the United States, they would originate through the US Department of State offices in the country they would be travelling from. I hope this help some.

    Yeah we really are getting alot of them lately. At least he hasn't brought up the race card yet. I'm really getting sick of that garbage.

    Look under government links or go to the forum and submit a question under ask the government. I hope this helps. We are not against legal immigration but many are for slowing it down because so many law breakers have entered into the United States illegally.
