marriage for convenience?
I know someone who's been in the states for the last 2 years, he got there because he paid an American woman to marry him. Now, after 2 years they have not gotten married because the woman decided to bail out. Now, this guy is something else, he is still there, hiding while his son and wife are in the Philippines, waiting for him to get them.
Is there a way to deport this guy?

You may want to check this site http://www.immigration.gov.ph/
he maybe in violation of his visa, immigration laws can be hard to understand, he may be here on a valid work visa.
