    What disqualifies a Supreme Court nominee?

    My personal position is that among the many issues facing our nation today, Abortion, while contentious, is hardly the most critical issue that faces our nation as it hardly threatens the existence of our nation, whether it is legal or not. Abortion should not be the deciding factor regarding the suitability of a Supreme Court Justice.
