Mexican Government & Military backed illegal immigration

The illegal immigration of Mexicans & others accross ouyr border backed by the President of Mexico and assisteted by the Mexican Military is nothing less than an invasion of the United States. When they do this kind of stuff, prepare "how to illegally immigrate into the U.S." and this is endorsed by their President and government and assisted by Mexican military is nothing less than an act of war. President Bush should stand up to this very strongly. He should put them "on notice" that any further actions on the part of the mexican government or military will no longer be tolerated. Presiden Bush and the Department of Homeland Security should activate the National Guard to the border. We should errect 40 foot high concrete barriers like the Isralis are doing between them and the Palestinians. We should electrify the fence, stetch barbed wire & concertina (razor) wire on it. We should not let one more of them violate our sovergn borders. No exceptions. Visiting workers are one thing, illegals, criminals, drug trafficers and such are something else. The United States is being bled dry by providing foriegn aid to every country in the world. We contribute more thananyone else to NATO. We provide more than anyone else to the United Nations. This is a bunch of crap, and you and I are personally paying for it thru the illegal Federal Income Tax which was introduced as a temporary measure after World War II. There is nothing in the Constitution of the United States authorizing this tax burden on us. If it were spent on American Citizens or projects to provide a better infra-structure- highways, utilities, border enforcement, police, fire, rescue, first responders, health care or national defense it would be alright. But it isn't. I lived in Florida for eight years, and found out that there are benefits available to illegal aliens that aren't even provided to us. Now that is really a load of crap. America cannot support the entire planet, although it appears as if our government is trying. We should have closed the doors thirty years ago. We should track all aliens and insure that they do not remain here past the authorized date on their Visa. We are going down the drain very quickly. We should scrutinize each and every applicant for visitation or immigration. No more 9-11s. Our future as a nation is threatened by illegal aliens. We need to stop this stuff now. And as for drug trafficers- no problem, when you catch one, you just make him eat all that he has on him. This is done in some countries and it works. Very few are willing to pay that kind of price for their poisoning our kids and teenagers. Drugs and addiction drive most other crime, particulary violent crime. It's time to put some teeth into our laws and enforce them to the letter. Please pardon my rambling. I'm just kind of writing off the top of my head. I hope I will be able to patricipate in a future Project Minuteman. Got to go for now. If you don't like what I have expressd here, thats alright. I know that the majority of American citizens do.
c u next time. Bye- Doug

What do I think of immigration? We don't need any, thanks. We're a nation of 300 million and that's not counting the illegals. I would have a moratorium on immigration for at least ten years.

LEGAL immigrants should and do have all the rights granted to American citizens.

ILLEGAL immigration...caught 1st time...deport immediately. Caught 2nd time...mmmm...firing squad??? (That's a jest) Six months at hard labor and then deportation.

This is done to ensure that the drugs are truly for 'personal use'??

It is too bad that illegal aliens are flooding our nation and turning the mood of the public against all immigration which is why we must take action now to have our existing immigration laws enforced. If this rampant wave of illegal immigration continues there is going to be a huge backlash against all immigration.
Yes Mr.Gheen,it is a shame. However in 2005 we don't don't have the time, money, effort,or especially, resources to continue to accomadate new arrivals legal or illegal.Bottomline is we only have so much. And what we do have should be distrubuted first and foremost among Americans.Americans should be taken care of first before we even think about what we can do for others as they come along.

    crypto agreement

Yes OldCryptoman; I can only say that you are correct and that if we stand firm, and hold the line, demand accountability, we will make some headway.

As per regulating immigration, I have posted this dialogue, once here....... and again.

The pointing out how things are done in other countries would only shed some well needed light, on the hyperbole that has gripped our struggle over what has become, our National Disgrace.

Sent this to the editor of the Oakland Press Tribune(or something like that) regarding a story in their paper highlighting the marital difficulties of illegal aliens, particularily women. People there were taking it up, I added.

Hi Nora; Feeling a little pressure yet? Feeling that
maybe you are "Clueless in Oakland"? Or maybe you live
in Marin, and don't have to deal with this mess, as
you are better than all of us. Please read on as the
requirements to immigrate to Canada are below. Maybe
    you qualify.

I am naturalized, it is a requirement that you be a
resident alien for 5 years before you can attempt to
be a US citizen. What planet do people like you live
    on?

Canada, social liberaland, won't allow you to be a
    landed immigrant, unless you;

    A) Apply for residency and have a skill no Canadian
can provide. If you can find that, and have a company
sponsor you, the job is advertised nationally for 2
months, to see if no Canadians can do it.

Then you can begin to work and pay taxes on just about everything you do. There are benefits, then there is freedom, some curtailied. Different country, different deal.

B)Be sponsored by family. Marriage or relatives. Your
family must guarantee that they will support ALL your
expenses, including health care for a period of 2
YEARS. Until then you qualify for NOTHING!

    C) Obtain "refugee status". Basically you have to
prove that if you are sent home, someone is going to
    KILL YOU!

    D) Deposit 200,000 Canadian dollars in a Canadian
BANK. This will allow you to apply for "landed
immigrant" status. In the case of Germans I have
spoken to, the deposit of 400,000 Canadian is
required, or 500,000 invested in a Canadian business.

Note: All of the above require a rigorous health
screening, and an applicant can not access the health
care system without paying fee for service, with the
exception being the "refugees" as they truly are
    broke.

Needless to say, there are not many Mexicans migrating
to CANADA. Wake up. Respectfully; Glenn Hoefer

what do I think? Me, coming here as a legal chilean immigrant whose family has never received government benefits, learned english, and followed the law? I AM PISSED OFF BY THE PROPOSAL OF AN AMNESTY GUEST WORKER PROGRAM. The immigrants who seem to get the worst treatment are those who do it legally. I will also tell you this. President Fox is the big rift between south america and america. He and president bush present all south american countries as poor with only spanish/mestizo/and indian citizens. If most americans as well as mexicans, other latinos knew that Chile is a melting pot of different cultures(however, we make them learn the language), as well as argentina, columbia, uruguay(mostly white), paraguay, the groups like la mecha, la raza, would be finished. The only countries down there that are in crisis are probably bolivia, ecuador, and venezuela(due to the president's close relations with fidel castro) I think that this is a way for the primative central american countries as well as mexico to keep racial tension going. Most south americans love our anglo brethren and race is almost never an issue. The only issue there is social class.

Colombia is not in a crisis? The fact that in recent years a president had to flee Peru because of corruption and attempting to commit genocicde against Indigeonous people the and narco/commusist guerrilla warfare in that country don't count as crisis?Brazils urban sprawl and genocidal assault on Indians there not to mention the surreal hellistic environement that are the favellas of Rio and Sao Paulo that are larger slum sections than entire American cities and the unchecked narco terrorism and murder rate is weakly dealt with by a 'just shoot 'em' atttitude by their police is not a crisis?I think there's a lot of selective favorism going on here.

Well, actually, Sonali, the people who get the very worst of it here are American citizens, whether native born or legal immigrants. We are expected to foot all bills and keep our mouths shut. We're expected to allow people who are illegally flooding our nation to 'come first' in all goods and services. If there happens to be a crumb of anything leftover we can possible have that, if we meet all criteria properly, that is.

My grandmother, in her great age, who had produced men to serve in both WWll and Korea, grandsons for VietNam and Cambodia--could receive not one dime in state or federal aid. Widowed and crippled with arthritis she was cared for by small donations from her family. That was all the assistence she was 'entitled to'....great, don't you think?
