NO, NO, I agree. In general the americans get the worst treatment. I am saying that the legal immigrants are treated worse than the illegals. Sorry, sometimes I type faster than I think.LOL. I have posted many times that I understand your anger completely. My family has always believed the americans have every right to be upset.

yes, I agree. Your grandmother did deserve that aid. I am not disputing that. I think it is really sad the way that most of the vietnam veterans as well as their families are being treated by their own government. I am not saying that I expect anything. I just wish that the illegals would have to follow the same laws my family had to to get here.

    ro ricky esteves.

I am sorry, I guess I was unaware of the columbia crisis. Peru will always have problems in some parts. There is a lot of corruption in Peru. I am saying that the way bush makes it sound is that in every part of every country in latin america is like the third world. This is not true. Most of the people I talk to think Chile is like the third world. Narc has always been a problem in Columbia. I dont agree that the U. S. should be over there trying to destroy something that has been around for hundreds of years and if americans did not want to do it so much, maybe they would not see the need for it. There are some problems against indigenous natives in a lot of south american countries but most of them are not running away like the indigenous mexicans of mexico. South americans tend to protest and question the government and try and think of ways to make it better unlike mexico. I know in argentina, chile, and parts of columbia a lot of the teenagers are very political.

Brazil, yes they are part of south america but I generally dont include them with the "hispanic" part of the world. everyone knows about brazil. In rio you could get killed for a gold chain. Like I said before though, not every part of every latin american country is like that. YOu mentioned 3 countries out of how many? I am just saying that they should not refer to all of latin america as poor, oppressed, uneducated and in crisis. A lot of the videos that I see on south america on national geographic etc are from like 10 years ago. I just saw a documentary(about mexico) regarding the indians in chiapas which has just aired recently but it was from like 5 years ago. Our government here should keep updated on latin america before making assumptions.

Sonali, that is the exact same line the Mexican drug cartells and crooked Mexican politicians use. You're more like those "primative" as you called them Mexicans than you thought.
