Thread: Where is Trump's Executive Order on foreign worker visas?

Has he issued this yet? Maybe I missed it, but there were reports in early February that he was about to issue an EO to crack down on H-1B visa and other abuses. I hope this will not be yet another broken campaign promise.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope he just hasn't gotten around to it yet.

The applications for H1B visa program are actually handled/reviewed primarily by the US Department of Labor. As you know, his choice for Secretary of Labor, Andrew Puzder, was resisted and ultimately withdrew. I expect he is waiting for the new nominee to be confirmed. Puzder had a plan all outlined, I don't know what if anything the new guy has in mind to do.
