The 3,000 seats of the CFR quickly filled with members of America's elite. Today, CFR members occupy key positions in government, the mass media, financial institutions, multinational corporations, the military, and the national security apparatus.

Since its inception, the CFR has served as an intermediary between high finance, big oil, corporate elitists and the U.S. government. The executive branch changes hands between Republican and Democratic administrations, but cabinet seats are always held by CFR members. It has been said by political commentators on the left and on the right that if you want to know what U.S. foreign policy will be next year, you should read Foreign Affairs this year.

EXCERPT FROM REPORT:

North American integration has subtly created a domestic agenda
that is continental in scope. The U.S. government is not organized to
address this agenda imaginatively. Facing difficult trade-offs between
private and North American interests, we tend to choose the private,
parochial option. This explains the frustration of Canada and Mexico.
To remedy this chronic problem, President Bush should appoint a
special assistant onNorth AmericanAffairs to chair a Cabinetcommittee
to recommend ways to breathe life into a NorthAmerican community.A presidential directive should support this by instructing the Cabinet to give preference to North America.

What we shoud do by 2010....pgs. 27, 28, 29 talks about immigration and education. Free flows of labor and stepped up student exchange program.....more Mexicans attending Canadian and American Universities is the goal. It's all too obvious. The word's North American Community are liberally sprinkled throughout and the removal of "barriers" to just about everything is common. You would have to be totally ignorant and blind not to see the eventual goal....the NAU.

There are dissenting views though. One even mentioned that each nation's sovereignity must be recognized and ultimately be final.

This has been in the works for some time...and a result of Bush,Clinton, Bush..and now yet another Clinton (running for pres.) and mark my words..after Hillary, it will be brother Jedd Bush. This North American Union is whats it ALL about. Thats why our borders are left open and this is why we have to stop this NOW. We all have to realize that we are at War with our own government,now. They are definately not working for us they are working against us.
