It is in the NAFTA agreement they can sue the USA for stopping their catastrophe waiting to happen Keystone XL pipeline which is solely for corporate PROFITS. Destroy our lands, our habitat for creatures, possible ruination of water supplies for millions so they can move their dirty tar sands oil THRU our USA TO EXPORT!
