Pro-illegals starting to dislike DREAM act.â€

Pro-illegals are starting to dislike the DREAM act because it comes piecemeal. It doesn't grant them citizenship, it grants them legalization (green card) for 5 years without "rights" or "benefits". They want full and unconditional amnesty without having to serve in the military.

The article below is in spanish, but at then end you can read their conclusion about supporting the DREAM act, "NO".

    Reform in Manure?

It is official. It is the beginning of migratory reform...

At least something can be said in the defense of this magnificent idea ( when it began, about six years ago), called the DREAM Act

Translated, DREAM are the initials in English of the proposal of Law of Development, Assistance and Education for of Foreign Minors, a proposal that modifies the Law for the Reform of Illegal Immigration and of Responsibility of Immigrants of 1996. The modifications consist following the establishment of the proposal in "cancelling the removal" relief from deportation and adjustment of migratory status of certain foreign students who have resided many years in the country and that entered the United States while children, and other conditions.

More translated, it is a proposal that legalizes some undocumented. But those legalized under the DREAM Act, have to complete "some" requirements. For emphasis, they have to be between 12 and 30 years. If your child is ten years it does not touch them. Following that, they have to have entered the country before completing their 16th year. If your child had entered at 17, it does not include them.

Then having come they have to have remained in the country. They have to have been here for not less than five years consecutively. So if you sent him back to Mexico two years ago to avoid the gangs and brought them back two years ago it would not include them. Or if you sent them back to Mexico five years ago to avoid the gangs and brought them back in two years ago they would not be included.

They have to have graduated from a secondary school, or have gotten a GED, the title of the equivalent of a secondary school degree, or to have been accepted into an institution of superior study, like one called a college or university. If your child deseted from the High School it does not touch him because they are not a student that has finished school.

To those who fulfill the requirements (say around 60 thousand students each year), it will give a conditional residency, which will be good for six years. For six years, the student may apply for residence, truly permanent residence and a green card in United States. As a permanent legal residents, 5 years later, the person may apply for naturalization as a United States citizen. As I said, assuming the DREAM approval this year, the first student that used DREAM could be made citizen by the year 2020 and beyond as you count on the calendar, could vote in presidential elections gringas 2024.

    Or refom aroma of manure?

Furthermore, the DREAM is an ugly and angry that smells like manure. To move from conditional to permanent resident must meet one of two conditions: to demonstrate at least two years of higher education or show two years of army service in the United States.

Therefore, many accuse the DREAM is not educational or legalization but disguised recruitment by the Gringos to fuel wars in Afghanistan, Iran or wherever it happens to the White House that "the interests of United States" between now and 2020.

DREAM advertising increases this perception. Univision's page on the Internet, where he announced the proposal puts the paragraph on DREAM between paragraph and photo of the USS Fort McHenry, as "the Carrier for the XXI Century" and the page of the DREAM activists are silhouettes against an American flag, a student and a soldier with a military salute.

Defenders get their say, that service in the army is not mandatory, and disdains the argument that only few can afford two years of college. Ah, indeed, living conditions are not permitted because the scholarships would be unavailable, if the student becomes a "public charge" they are then to be disqualified for further processing. And descalificacidón finishes his residency and is subject to the "removal" of the country.

But let alone the rough end of killing people in another country for wanting to be an engineer or a dentist and have been a soldier. The real question is why reform to raise a few thousand when the problem is many millions undocumented students?

We all know that people chose Barack Obama because he was tired of the Republicans that we become suspicious of all evil on earth. We do not know is why some politicians are still saying exactly the same things they said when we had a Republican majority in Congress and a Republican in the White House.

When the DREAM Act was first proposed the President was George Bush, and it seemed it was "the only thing that could be achieved." Today is not the case. Defending DREAM as if it were the last Coca-Cola in the desert is to defend the idea that all thingsare equal, is to keep tripping up the request for a general amnesty for all undocumented immigrants.

Just think of whether DREAM merits consideration as a general proposal for "comprehensive immigration reform." Would you accept a conditional residence in a manure pile, without rights and benefits for five years if where you were told to collect the "green card" is in the gringo army headquarters in Afghanistan in 2015?

    No.

More demands. Apparently these people don't know or don't value the price we have paid for our freedoms and our citizenship.

That's because their handlers told them it was amnesty. The illegal aliens have been played by people wanting to use them for financial gains and for votes.

Everyone supporting Amnesty for illegal aliens are dirty and in it for something.

Immigration attorneys want paying clients seeking citizenship, the church wants pews filled with tithe paying parishioners, the special interest groups want more volunteers, donors and earmarks, the politicians want voters...

The illegals have no allegiance to America,

Personally, if I was in the military and our Gov't told an illegal he had to serve next to me, I would be as worried about the illegal not having my back and kiiling me as I would the other enemies I was figthing against.

But that's just it, they WON'T serve because their alliance is to their home country NOT America.

Just a thought too... if they were to become legal do they realize the freebies dry up and they will be expected to do their part, just like an average Joe?

That's why the idea that there will ever be a an actual reform, I don't buy. I remember the last one....we don't want to learn English, that's racist. We don't want to pay a fine, we're poor. We don't want to take a test....on down the line. There wasn't a single thing I heard any of them say was acceptable. Even when they were giving them citizenship for service, they were saying it unfairly targets latinos.

Now I do believe, that there are some who would be willing to do what was asked, and regret comming illegally and want to become citizens and make it right....and I'm afraid this LaRaza group is going to ruin any chance any of the decent ones might have, because they want a blanket free ride for all latinos and a never ending list of demands and privaleges and special things no other group of citizens have.

And I say real reform, because if they do come up with something....there's still gonna be the ones who won't abide by it and we're right back to getting rid of the problem ones again....again the criminal element, the ones who continue to break the laws, the mom and kids who obey the rules and the dad that don't (or however it mixes up). And a community still h bent in covering and hiding out the law breakers....with all the phony ID people still in business.... A community with gang issues to where they are still held in fear if any try and do right. The border still open for drugs and all....

So much more needs to be addressed before any form of reform is possible. I mean they will have to get off the pot and mandate English as the official language for the country. Or the states with English as their official language are going to have to can the foreign language signs and such for the exception of whatever the Federal Government has said they must do....and support English. Stop graduating kids who can't speak a sentence in English. Enforce all the laws we have and get off this sanctuary business, or racist, or unfairly targeting them.......otherwise all heck is gonna break loose.

I mean I was reading about the new Waukegan mayor and already some yahoo's are saying they will vote Spanish as the towns language....even though English is the official language of the state.

This is what the American Indians went through...........

The illegals have learned to use and abuse our system, even if the dirty Gov't Amnesties them in, the illegals will still get paid under the table and cry poor mouth and sap our wefare system. And this time around they will bring in the rest of Mexico, so they can completely devour us.

If Obama pulls a fast one on the American people, The illegals will NEVER be Americans, they will always be "fake citizens and criminals" and everone real American wll know it...............
