Will Tough New Gun Laws Prevent Obama from ‘Taking Guns to Knife Fight?’

As Barack Obama and liberals celebrate the Sandy Hook school massacre as a golden opportunity to rescind the 2nd Amendment and disarm Republicans, one must wonder how The One really feels about the use of weapons in order to level the playing field when it comes to political wars?
After all, as reported at the Reference, as recently as 2011 Obama seemed keen to the notion of using guns in order to prevail over knife-wielding Republicans:
Obama said, “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” “Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl.”
Liberals will argue that Obama was only speaking metaphorically to make a point. Still, Obama’s smoldering hatred and obsession with revenge should concern anyone who values the 2nd Amendment and the US Constitution.
Remember, too, that the Obama administration shipped deadly weapons to Mexico as part of the dim-witted Fast and Furious scandal which cost US Border Control agent Brian Terry his life AND resulted in the deaths of a number of innocent Mexican citizens as well.
Recall also that the Fast and Furious illegalities were, and continue to be, covered up by Obama’s tyrannical use of Executive Privilege to keep Congress from learning the truth.
Clearly, Obama’s words and actions do not reflect a responsible or mature attitude toward the rule of law or the protection of innocent people against government abuse!
Why should the American people accept the trashing of a Constitutional freedom by an administration that has shown that it is more than willing to play deadly political games with weapons, and to misuse Executive Privilege to obscure the facts?
