YAHOO SHUTS DOWN "STOP AMNESTY NOW"

So again illegal immigration groups are silencing peoples free speech because it goes against their agenda.

Does this mean anyone can make a random complain about any yahoo group and they would be shut down, or is this only done to groups who support US Law.

This group is all about US law and those who illegally break these laws and enter the USA illegally….
Letter excerpts to YAHOO from the Group moderator

To whom it may concern:
I was the person who formed the Pro-American yahoogroup site called StopAmnestyNow@yahoogroups.com and email
address @ Stop_amnesty_now@... For some reason , with no
explaination and no warning , was shut down by someone at yahoo.
When I called [YAHOO] They were unsure of any details other
than they think terms of service[may have been violated] ,
something to do about the possibility of someone being offended by the conversation[s].
The site we have is a Pro-American that is protesting legally in
support of current immigration LAWS. We post articles by various legal
groups and news agencies like CNN ( Lou Dobbs ) and other LEGAL
organizations against those who are breaking our US Laws. We research
and find information that other groups and Citizens have a great
interest in.

Certainly groups that support illegal activity like illegal border
crossing, illegal immigration and alike DO NOT like organizations that
research the legal and economic problems this does to American Citizens.
I believe what has happened is that they simply made an effort to have
this group shut down to silence concerned American citizens across the
USA who use this site to obtain important information, news and talk
which is then brought back to other Pro-American and Pro-LEGAL
Immigration groups. Certainly anyone doing anything illegal wants any
spot light placed on them, turned off.

The supervisior also said I should have received a "warning" as well,
if ANYTHING was indeed "accidently" done. But, again, I believe this to
be an organized and crafted way to censor and shut off the information
flow among American Citizen Groups…
I was told my site is simply frozen till March and will be deleted
then ?? How and what can be done to turn it back on and How can I
retreive my email address book from the email that went with this site ?

These pro illegal immigration groups are still up and running. These groups all promote the breaking or circumventing of U.S. Law. Why would YAHOO shut down a group doing just the opposite?

Does anyone have a list of the board members or owner of Yahoo.com? I want to give them a piece of my mind!

If Yahoo doesn’t put this website back up I think all Alipac'ers and associated groups should boycott them! This is outrageous! I would be curious to know if they have allowed pro-amnesty web sites to stay in tact. If yes, I think the foudenr of "stop Amnesty now" might want to get in touch with Judicial watch as it seems to be a violation of "Freedom of Speech"....and may also violate certain contractual terms.

Yahoo can't stand bad press. Go public with this to the newspapers citing just what you did here, that your group was pro-American and about abiding by U.S. immigration laws and was shut down with NO explanation or warning while these pro-illegal alien and radical Muslim websites are still online and seem to function without any consideration that they are for breaking U.S. Immigration laws, teaching folks how to go around our laws, condoning lawless behavior, etc..

EQUALITY...remember? That's what America is supposed to be about although special interest racist groups such as all those Muslim and Latino cites on Yahoo show that the scales are dipped in the direction of anarchy and are anything but equal. Also all the Americans expressing their concerns about Americans and not one singled out ethnic group is being silenced. Get this out there and make it as public as possible!
