Thread: A simple racial profiling question

Racial or criminal profiling ?

In the matter of immigration , Should racial profiling be allowed ?
Since one ethnicity is the biggest offender of violating our immigration laws
Why would this not be "criminal" profiling?

Does being a certain ethnicity excuse you from crimes committed?
Our our immigration laws , not laws? is violating them not an offense ?


I'm prepared to discus this in depth if anyone dares to answer the question

Being white , I was stopped for a crime committed by a person in a vehicle like the one I was driving , I was questioned and released when they realized I was not the person they were looking for , Still , I was "profiled" for being white

Do I have a case ? should I hire a lawyer ,

Call laraza and see if they can direct you to one of their attorneys to help you with your case. They are the experts on this.

"Black or White if you don't have ID on you and you get pulled over you're going to jail till they figure out who you are!" I only speak from experience, and when you're Homeless a little 90 day stint in the county jail during the winter ain't to bad!" Food needs more seasoning!

As a Native American who crosses the border regularly, I get pulled over for a second inspection A LOT! They are looking for cigarette smugglers, so I get pulled in The US and then again in Canada. You get used to it I guess, we (Natives) used to have our own crossing where we only had to show our Status Cards. They did away with that soon after 9/11.

Only "people from Mexico" and like countries are racially profiled If your caucasian you cannot possibly be profiled right You think a red flag concerning "legality" might Include the fact that you do not speak English,or have an I.D, and just happen to be mexican We report,you decide...

I have had cops tell me they stopped me after they ran my plates.

With such an IRISH NAME they just assumed I was an illegal alien.

STUPID IS OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! The courts call strict for control of
personal habits and take away your choice and lure America into COMPLACENT
BEHAVIOR.

In the mean time let our communities turn into third world crime ridden
cesspools by illegal aliens, cocaine, methamphetamine, and violence
associated with fraud, the drugs, assaults, and Drunk unlicensed, uninsured,
illegal aliens. And give them a free pass to continue.
