    In other words...only POTUS has authority and there is NO border protection within 25 miles. Nice...

    I see a lot of this "amended" crap so it looks like a redress of the old 1952 Immigration Nationality Act:

    Section 245(k) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1255(k)) is amended...

    What a piece of crap -- they are moving the United States closer to one of two solution: 1) we become part of Mexico and all non-Latinos are deported or put the the Plan of San Diego or 2) a Bastille day American style we vote all the illegal loving politicians out of office and offshore them...my pot boileth over.

    Now you know why the border states' plea for help is going unanswered by Obama. This bill would be in direct oppsition to our Constitution, if not a violation. And it violates Obama's oath to protect this country from invasion. Hopefully we can clean house before this thing hits the floor.

    Judging by the list of co sponsors this appears to have come out of the House Progressive Caucus. Hopefully more than a few of them will get replaced this November. But, you are right, this is a very dangerous bill, let's see if NumbersUSA has had, or will have, any alerts about it.
