Youtube pulls video from movie star opposing Abortion/Obama.

Pro-Life Movie Star Eduardo Verastegui Backs John McCain Over Abortion

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Eduardo Verastegui, the Hispanic heartthrob and star of the movie Bella, that resonated with millions of pro-life Americans last year, has endorsed John McCain. Verastegui says McCain is head and shoulders better on abortion issues than Barack Obama.

"John McCain is the only candidate for president that shares my values of life," Verastegui said in a statement LifeNews.com received. "He truly recognizes that we are all God's children."

"John McCain is someone we can trust to do what is right and follow through on what he says -- as opposed to Barack Obama, who does not share our traditional values of defending innocent life," the Hispanic actor and singer added.

Verastegui pointed to McCain's prisoner of war experience and love of family as compatible with pro-life and Latino values.

"During his personal experience as a POW in Vietnam, McCain renewed and strengthened his faith," he said. "His resolve serves as a reminder to us all that we must vote our values and our conscience, and not vote simply by party."

Verastegui, who recently released a video talking about the problems of Obama's extreme pro-abortion position, says Obama "lacks experience and judgment and would stand for values that are out of step with the Hispanic community and this country."

"Although I seldom thrust myself into political campaigns, I recognize the stakes and that it's most important that we put our values first and support John McCain," the Bella star concluded.

Verastegui will put his money where his mouth is and he will talk about his values and announce his endorsement of John McCain during some upcoming events. He will also hold a series of private events and meetings to drum up support for John McCain and Sarah Palin in the Hispanic and faith based communities.

In the Obama video, a version of which YouTube pulled from its servers, Verástegui, says Obama is out of step with the overwhelming majority of Hispanics who are pro-life.

He says Obama “voted on several occasions against a law to protect babies who survived an abortion and were born alive."

Verástegui describes the bill Obama said he would make his first signature as president, the Freedom of Choice Act, that makes legal all abortions throughout pregnancy and overturns every abortion limit in all 50 states.

“Obama is committed to removing all the pro-life laws that in many states currently offer protection to unborn babies and their mothers. Mr. Obama does not agree that the parents of a 13 year-old girl who is pregnant should be notified before she has an abortion,â€

The first video (full version) isn't there!? It says: "This video has been removed due to terms of use violation."

There has been a lot of censorship on YouTube lately. People have been complaining about censorship, video views being tampered with etc...

Obama could lose a maor chunk of the latino vote on just this issue. Since both he and McCain are for amnesty, abortion is one of the big issues that separates them. Obama's handlers are aware and probably running scared of ads like this. I'm surprised at YouTube pulling this ad.

Yep, and it's a practice I find absolutely disgusting! Any baby that survives an abortion attempt deserves the right to life. Actually, I believe all babies deserve the right to life, but that's another story for another forum.

Can you imagine turning away from a baby as it's gasping for breath in an attempt to surivive? I just don't get it.

Unfortunately, this is the kind of mentality we have to go against these days. No morals, no values, no responsibilities . . . this describes the liberals. They believe they have a right to any and everything and that the government should take care of them.

As stated many times before . . . liberalism is a mental disease!!

And then after Obama becomes president, how long will the anti illegal immigration forums last on Google, and on YouTube, after Obama's people do their behind the scenes, 'in the shadows' handiwork?

None of this has seemed to stop Obama from getting over 60% of the Latino vote.

I applaud this man for speaking up, it is 100% the right thing to do.

I have heard this brought up before, that the Planned Parenthood clinics and private abortion clinics set up camp in heavily minority neighborhoods. I have not given it a lot of thought, about why. This actor states that it is used essentially as a means of genocide, so have some NAACP leaders as well.

I have felt that statements like that were a bit paranoid and figured the main reason the abortion clinics set up in those neighborhoods was mainly about perceived income levels and that they felt the women in these neighborhoods "needed" their services more (as sick as that is).

However, the one connection that was not lost to me, nor by this actor is that the main proponents of these abortion clinics in the minority neighborhoods is the liberals. So if they make claims that there is racism behind it all, it is straight from the liberals, not the conservatives as the liberals would have one think.

I hope this actor can reach many people on this issue, it is all too important. Gogo, I go with your opinion, Obama is evil, more so if he supports 100% unfettered access to clinic promoted murder. I cannot understand a man who claims to be a Christian and supports something as horrendous as this.
