With the Obama administration violating numerous federal laws and the US Constitution in order to provide illegal immigrants with a form of martial law amnesty combined with taxpayer benefits that provide healthcare, education, smartphones, and work permits, Americans for Legal Immigration is predicting that the largest wave of illegal immigrants in American history is inbound and can only be stopped by stopping Obama and his Republican facilitators from continuing this plan.

America's past election results and current laws passed by Congress are now being superseded by unlawful and unconstitutional memo directives from Obama, who apparently enjoys the clandestine backing of GOP leaders like Boehner and McConnell who are protecting and facilitating Obama's actions.

"Word of Obama's amnesty decree is reaching every corner of the world. They are hearing that the borders and defenses of America have been scuttled from within by Republican and Democrat lawmakers, and that any illegal immigrant reaching our nation can enjoy a lifestyle subsidized by American taxpayers," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The border surge of 2014 is likely to be dwarfed by the new surge of 2015, although it will be harder to see since many illegals will be riding into America on board the Mexican trucks that are about to be allowed in without inspection."

A Paragon Insights survey released this week found that 58 percent of registered voters oppose Obama’s executive action and only 36% support them. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ads being run in Central America are likely to inspire and increase illegal immigration by spreading word of the illegals successfully reaching and staying in America with Obama's help!

Newly released federal data shows that current illegal border crossings rival the numbers preceding last year's surge and that in the past three months of 2014, 7,468 Central American migrants crossed in family units, down only 12 percent from the 8,511 migrants who crossed during the last three months of 2013.

ALIPAC points out that much of the new wave of illegals will be channeled into America by the cocaine and meth importing cartels that will use transfer trucks. While US Customs and Border Protection officers conducting security operations at California’s ports of entry with Mexico alone performed more than 68 million inspections of travelers, seized more than 76 tons of illegal narcotics and apprehended more than 33,000 immigration violators during federal fiscal year 2014, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced Jan. 9 that Mexican trucks will now be allowed to operate in the U.S. beyond the commercial border zone!
