Rep. Louis Gohmert told Breitbart News that House Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and Majority Whip Steve Scalise, all tricked 219 lawmakers into voting for HR 5759 which they thought was opposition to Obama's unlawful executive amnesty!
Boehner's evil crew switched the original bill with a substitute bill for HR 5759 that actually gives Obama the legal authority to decree amnesty for "humanitarian" reasons if the bill passes!
