Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is moving to sort out which lawmakers in DC rightfully oppose the new Amnesty edict creating Amnesty for illegal aliens issued by Barack Obama in the middle of the night over the Christmas break and those who are moving to rubber stamp his dictate with Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation.
"We are launching our 2014 elections efforts today in response to this threat to America's existence as a Constitutional Republic," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC, in response to the news. "Most Americans oppose both what Obama has done and how he has done it. Obama was just reelected but that does not give him the right to rule America in a style similar to how things are done in communist China!"
While many national media outlets are reporting that Obama along with Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Senator Harry Reid, and Republicans defying their base and GOP Platform like Speaker John Boehner, Congressman Ted Poe, and Senators John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Marco Rubio all plan to use Obama's reelection momentum to pass Amnesty legislation, Obama has already created that Amnesty via "executive fiat." The term "Executive Fiat" is being used in the media to give legitimacy to Obama's dictatorial, authoritarian, and Unconstitutional actions that defy many existing Federal Laws.
The Los Angeles Times reports on Jan 2, 2013, that Obama's Homeland Security Department has issued a new order that illegal aliens will now be allowed to pursue a visa without leaving the United States if they claim "hardship" or to have a "spouse, child or parent" in the US. Supposedly, the illegals would have to return to their home countries to pick up their new visa later. This is the "touch back" provision seen in legislation that has been defeated several times in Congress by lawmakers and groups like ALIPAC!
"Current federal laws of the United States say that illegal immigrants on US soil are prohibited from applying for legal status, so would anyone in DC or the media like to explain to all of us how these laws have been changed without corresponding legislation?" asked William Gheen. "Who is calling the shots in America today? It certainly is not our Congress or citizens. America is under some new form of bureaucratic tyranny that is designed to displace and replace American workers and voters with illegal aliens via dictates from the Executive Branch!"
Obama has also canceled the popular 287(g) program that ALIPAC worked hard to spread to many jurisdictions. The local-federal partnership known as 287(g) calls on local police to notify federal immigration authorities whenever they arrest an illegal immigrant. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The 287(g) program helped protect American citizens from being murdered, robbed, assaulted and raped by illegal aliens present in the US due to under enforcement of existing immigration laws. The 287(g) program is another federal law authorized by Congress that Obama is destroying without corresponding legislation.
Obama's actions will inspire more illegal immigration into America and cause more hardship on American citizens caused by illegal immigrants.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is calling on all concerned Americans to immediately contact members of the US Congress and Senate to demand they take action to oppose any legislative push for a path to legalization for illegal immigrants currently in America and to curtail the runaway Executive Branch actions that deprive all Americans of a voice in our government.
