  • 61 Days To Fight For Candidates That Oppose Illegal Immigration & Amnesty

    Friends of ALIPAC,

    At the time of this email, we have only 61 days remaining to fight on behalf of the federal candidates who have shown they stand with ALIPAC and the large majority of Americans who oppose illegal immigration and any form of amnesty that will only lead to more illegal immigration.

    It is clear that we face unprecedented challenges now that the Obama regime has taken steps to nullify our existing immigration laws, borders, election outcomes, and powers of Congress and the Constitution to institute a form of amnesty nobody has ever seen before.

    While this has been a terrible blow to our efforts which had succeeded in reversing illegal immigration nationally in 2010 and 2011, any reduction in the number of members of Congress supporting our side would be disastrous!

    In the next 61 days, we must work together as a strong national team to support our over 140 candidates with volunteers, donations, and votes!

    We will also be scouring the nation looking for more good candidates to add to our support list.

    You can help our efforts in three ways.

    Step 1: Is there an ALIPAC endorsed candidate near you yet? If not, reach out to your local federal candidates for Congress and US Senate by phone and e-mail, and ask them to complete and return the ALIPAC 2012 Candidate Survey found at the top of our list. While we work hard to circulate our surveys and gather responses, our activists can help us gather more surveys to make more endorsements.

    STEP 2: Have you approached the campaign of an ALIPAC endorsed candidate yet? Please locate a candidate close to you and offer your vote, volunteerism, or a small donation. Candidates who stand with the American public against illegal immigration often face incredible financial opposition from Political Action Committees representing industries that make money from the invasion of the American homeland. Even though economic times are tough, public support from knowledgeable citizens must be offered to our candidates.

      From Wikipedia:

      The Constitution does not explain the meaning of "natural born". On June 18, 1787, Alexander Hamilton submitted to the Convention a sketch of a plan of government. The sketch provided for an executive "Governour" but had no eligibility requirements.
      At the close of the Convention, Hamilton conveyed a paper to James Madison which he said delineated the Constitution which he would have wished to be proposed by the Convention; he had stated its principles in the course of the deliberations. Max Farrand wrote that it "was not submitted to the Convention and has no further value than attaches to the personal opinions of Hamilton". Article IX, section 1 of Hamilton's draft constitution provided:
      "No person shall be eligible to the office of President of the United States unless he be now a Citizen of one of the States, or hereafter be born a Citizen of the United States."
      On July 25, 1787, John Jay wrote to George Washington, presiding officer of the Convention:
      Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.
      There is no proof that deliberations took place at the convention on the subject of the letter. While the Committee on Detail originally proposed that the President must be merely a citizen as well as a resident for 21 years, the Committee of Eleven changed "citizen" to "natural born Citizen" without explanation. The Convention accepted the change without further debate.


      The word citizen was capitalized to show a special type of citizen.

      § 212. Citizens and natives.

      The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.


      All the founders of our constitution owned and had read Vattels Law of Nations, they were so familiar with it that they didnt feel any explanation of the term natural born Citizen be explained.


      Now read the above thoroughly and then tell me where does Obama fit, eligible or not eligible?
