    Minneapolis sex criminal deported to Mexico

    A convicted kidnapper who sexually attacked a woman in Minneapolis five years ago was deported to Mexico this past week, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Bloomington said today.

    Domingo Penaloza-Cabrera, 36, was turned over to Mexican authorities on Wednesday, the office said.

    Penaloza-Cabrera was convicted in a Hennepin County District Court in 2001 of kidnapping and attempted first-degree sexual conduct for attacking a woman he met in a Minneapolis nightclub. Instead of taking the woman home, he drover her to the Mississippi River, sexually assaulted her, then beat her with a metal pipe and tried to drown her.

    He served sentences of 48 months for the kidnapping and 43 months for the sex crime before being deported.

    No justice! He served 4+ years for all that and attempting to murder that woman! He should have been castrated. But he's been allowed to live off of Americans and now walks free to return next week?

    Rape must be a very common crime in Mexico. Since racial profileing law enforcement will not come right out and tell us X% of rapist are from this race. However, if you watch TV and take note of how many are of this race or that race over a few months, you get a pretty good idea. My guess is that 95% around NC are Hispanic. Secondly, a lot are illegals. From the top of my head, 50% or more.
