    Little Rock, AR - One lawmaker says children of illegal immigrants who attend state high schools should be able to pay the same tuition rate as Arkansas residents. The measure's been unsuccessful before, but sponsor Joyce Elliott hopes this time is different.

    Just what the IA lovers repeat about enforcement.

    Did anyone ask the LEGAL students if they can afford college?

    This just makes me want to explode! The main argument here is that they are not legal, even if they were born here! The 14th admendment , and our fore fathers didn`t mean every Tom ,Dick and Harry born here regardless if the parents are illegal are automatic citizens! This is one of the Main issues that need to be clarified ASAP!
