    A quick day at the Capitol, as the session starts it's fifth week.

    But today, we did see some big bills advance.

    In both chambers Monday a so called ethics bills passed: a reigning in of the lawmakers themselves.

    These bills restrict legislative travel and require a one year “cooling-offâ€

    i think this bill that passed is house bill 1013
    showing as the first bill listed
