    San Luis, Ariz. -Two local men were arrested in connection with separate attempts Saturday to smuggle more than nine pounds of methamphetamine and nearly three pounds of cocaine through the San Luis Port.     Douglas, Ariz. - Two local residents were arrested over the weekend for allegedly attempting to smuggle more than $238,000 worth of marijuana through the Douglas Port of Entry.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred Guadalupe Celeste Carrillo, 19, of Pirtleville, for inspection of her Chevrolet sedan when she attempted to enter the United States Friday.     West Palm Beach, Fla. - On August 23, Lynx Jones, a Bahamian citizen, was sentenced to 18 months incarceration, 48 months supervised release, and charged a $100 special assessment for violation of Title 21 United States Code, Section 952, Importation of a Controlled Substance, namely marijuana in excess of 100 kilograms.
