Thread: Groups hope to try to stop MinuteMen patrols, rallies

Some pro-illegal groups are observing the MinuteMen patrolling the border this month in hopes of getting their activities stopped. They say they should not be allowed to gather, rally or patrol the border areas.

So let me get this straight, they can gather and protest in the hundreds of thousands, but they refuse to let the MinuteMen do anything of the same nature.

I guess free speech and the freedom to assemble is free-er for some than it is for others. Yet they keep saying all they want is equal rights, as in equal right to deny others their rights to assemble and protest?

And these people are claiming that the MinuteMen are not what America is about. But they have no problem with protesters waving Mexican flags and screaming in Spanish for anyone opposed to them to go back to Europe. Is that what America is about?

I am just an immigrant who came here from England 12 years ago. I am a US citizen and am horrifued and upset at what is happeneing.

I cannot imagine how I would feel if I had been born here and my ancestors had come here years ago from Europe or anywhere for taht matter, to be faced by just hypocrisy and beligerence.

I absolutely want to secure the border and send allillegals home PLUS institute a law that DOES NOT give automatic citizenship to anchor babies PLUS no education or health or any social services. And corrupt employers must be taken to task
