Hispanic Attorney Says Using Term Illegal Alien Racial Slur

By Sher Zieve – Appearing on KLIF Radio’s Gregg Knapp show, attorney Domingo Garcia said that using the terms illegal alien or illegal immigrant is a “racial slur”. Garcia said that those who use it, in reference to Hispanics, are racist.

Knapp advised Garcia that using the term “illegal aliens” or “illegal immigrants” is an accurate term applied to [their] legal vs. illegal status in the country and a true depiction of the fact that they are illegal. Garcia said: “Using words like illegal alien is like calling people derogatory names…like calling people ******!”

Well boohoo, I call em like I see em. ILLEGAL. Plain and simple. If it's so Insulting change it. Be LEGAL instead.

For a man that is supposed to know the justice system, he apparently went to a totally different law school.

Alien= foriegn object or person that is not natural to the environment.

Another definition they have changed? Next it is re writing the websters dictionary!

Illegal immigrant is a deceptive and false term for the catagory these people fall into. Being used to suduce the general public into the "we are or were all immigrant" thought patterns. It is not and has never been the proper termanoligy for this situation until this particular issue exploded nationwide. It is being used to confuse, defuse and manipulate the general public.
