    March 26, 2013 – Former employee of New Jersey defense contractor sentenced for exporting sensitive military technology to China

    A former employee of a New Jersey-based defense contractor was sentenced for exporting sensitive military technology to China, stealing trade secrets and lying to federal agents. The case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), FBI and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Full Story
    March 26, 2013 – Puerto Rican child predator sentenced to 38 years in prison for child exploitation

    A Bayamon resident who enticed minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing pornographic photographs and videos was sentenced to 38 years in prison.     A Manhattan doctor and 48 other individuals were arrested as a result of a long-term prescription pill investigation. The arrests stem from an investigation by: HSI, Drug Enforcement Administration, New York City Police Department and the New York State Health Department's Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement. Full Story
    March 29, 2013 – Convicted felon, repeat border violator sentenced for illegally re-entering US

    A Jamaican criminal alien with prior felony convictions for the possession and distribution of marijuana was sentenced to more than 7 years in federal prison for illegally re-entering the United States following a prior removal.     CBP in Southwest Texas Seizes Almost 500 Pounds of Marijuana

    1Presidio, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations officers working at the Presidio port of entry seized 474 pounds of marijuana Monday night. The drugs were hidden in the I-beams of a gooseneck trailer. The estimated street value of the seized contraband is almost $380,000. (more)

    Eagle Pass, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Eagle Pass Port of Entry today detained a San Antonio man wanted for sexual assault.Early this morning, CBP officers working at the Camino Real International Bridge inspected a 32-year-old man when he arrived at the pedestrian lane.
