Police officers in Juárez arrested a man allegedly found in possession of several stolen U.S. documents to cross people illegally through the El Paso-Juárez border, police said.

The suspect, Javier Blanco Valenzuela, aka "Many", 45, was caught at Begonias and Mariscal Streets, Altavista neighborhood, just across the border from El Paso.

Officers reportedly discovered 13 documents issued by the U.S. government, including laser visas, green cards and U.S. passports, officials said.

When questioned by Juárez police officers, the suspect said he paid $100 for each document and then charged $200 to rent or borrow a document in order to cross to El Paso, a spokesperson said.

Juárez police released a list of people whose documents were stolen and recovered.

I'm sure that there are many that would attempt to convince me that those renting passports were coming here for legitimate humane reasons. When do we get a Congress that will end this?
