Thread: Judge to hear lawsuit vs. Arizona's immigration law

Wont this cop be the hero of the open borders crowd if he wins or the chiconos for the cauise(barf) Throw him out of the force, I hope his brother officers shun him

to me, it's an open, and shut case:

if the feds fail to administer any federal law
the state, at their choosing, may enforce that federal law,
to the level, accorded to, and expected of, the law
as the feds have subjugated themselves to the state in this matter

this is the valid legal prevailing argument


or at least I think it sounds good..lol
