NRA Chief: Obama Presidency 'At Risk' If He Bans Guns by Exec. Order


With the president set to announce sweeping new executive measures to control guns, National Rifle Association President David Keene tells Newsmax TV that Obama could be violating the Constitution if he circumvents Congress and imposes gun control by executive order — and his presidency will be “at risk” if he proceeds.
