On the issue of Obama issuing an executive decree to allow illegal aliens to serve in the United States armed forces, Judge Jeanine Pirro cites the federal law which makes it a felony to arm an illegal alien with a firearm. She then asks Lt Col Allen West for his thoughts.
His reply is brutally frank, acknowledging that she is correct but asking, “When has law meant anything to Barack Hussein Obama? West says an even more important thing that we need to understand is that “If you go to the Constitution, to article one, section eight, clause number four, that says that only the Congress has the ability to make rules or laws in regards to naturalization. The ‘president’ does not have that. And so when you go back and look at the executive order that he did, calling it a dream act, you look at this edict that he has sent down, it is an unlawful order.”
West says that Obama is instructing the military to enlist illegals and he cannot do that, believing that they are well within their rights to disobey an unlawful order to do so.
Judge Pirro agrees, saying the whole issue is one that is within Congress’ realm of authority, not the executive branch.
Col West describes how the staffing levels of the armed forces are all at low points, that active duty combat leaders are being issued pink slips and given sixty days notice that they are being terminated at the same time that he is then replacing them with illegals.
West points to the hypocrisy of swearing in illegal aliens, having them swear an oath to support the very document that they are in violating by being in the country illegally.
Col West adds that this is just another tool that Hussein Obama is using to fulfill his fundamental transformation of America objectives, to change the demographics to single party Democrat support for the future.
