I thought when Obama said "everyone who plays by the rules" he meant LEGAL immigrants. Illegal immigrants not only ignore the rules of immigration, they steal identities and violate fraud laws.
Some of the Latino websites are discouraged. Some advocate another Mexican March to illustrate their impatience. OOOHHH-I wish they would!
