The idea is another example of lawmakers showing a willingness to relinquish decision-making to commissions on issues that include reducing the federal debt, Iraq war policy and curbing Medicare costs.

"It's the ultimate expression for the need for political cover," said Ross Baker, a political science professor at Rutgers University.
Exactly! These commissions (shadow government) are not accountable to the voter.

I'm very against such a policy!

They intend to turn control of immigration over to a committee made up of industry representatives.

From now on, big business will control immigration instead of Congress or the people of America.

Only 40% of teens looking for jobs are finding work, according to my local news and some experts say the trend is very troublng.

They reported the number of teens finding employment is continuosly dropping every year.

So now teens are going to special job fairs to find work but not enough employers to hire all of them.

The Department of Labor should communicate with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. We don't need to grow government or develop a political and uncountable tax sucking management company to deal with this. This is the job of congress!!!

It's elementary math, when the unemployment rate goes up, the visa issuance rate goes down. A monthly report between the two departments should deal with this.

    This is just plain WRONG!

I'll bet my lunch that SEIU will be on this committee.

    DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS

We do not need new laws or commissions. We already let foreign workers (professionals and non professionals with a # of years of experience) enter this country each year. So, we do not need commissions. We let thousands of legal immigrants enter this county each year. We do not need new regulations or laws. Just enforece current immigration laws and deport all illegal aliens.
