TROY, Ohio (WDTN) – Three undocumented immigrants and suspected drugs were found in a vehicle during a traffic stop in Miami County on Sunday.

The drugs inside the car are believed to be methamphetamine and marijuana, according to court records. Luis Diaz Dominguez, 28, of Tampa, Fla., was charged with fifth-degree felony possession of drugs and minor misdemeanor possession of marijuana,
according to our partners at the Troy Daily News.

The traffic stop took place on Interstate 75 near mile marker 81. The vehicle was reportedly speeding and “weaving in and out of traffic,” according to court records.

Dominguez reportedly admitted that the drugs belonged to him. A fake Social Security card and a fake U.S. residency card were also recovered from Dominguez’s wallet. He reportedly also had three cell phones, according to our partners at the Troy Daily News. A large amount of money was also found, including over $1,000 in cash and 720 pesos. Dominguez claimed it was from picking blueberries.

The items and drugs recovered from the scene were seized along with the vehicle. The drugs were sent to the Miami Valley Regional Crime Lab for further testing.

An immigration query was sent to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The undocumented immigrants were held in the Miami County Jail before being picked up by ICE.

Dominguez was arraigned in Miami County Municipal Court on Monday. He was also cited for speeding and driving without a valid license, according to our partners at the Troy Daily News.

Dominguez is currently being held at the Miami County Jail on a total of $10,5000 bond. A Spanish interpreter was appointed for this case, and a preliminary hearing for Dominguez was scheduled for May 17.

No court, no judge, no lawyer, no rights! Load them up on a bus and drop them back over the border!

No fancy airplane. No interpreter! The international language is...NO PAPERS...NO ENTRY!
