U.S. Border Patrol Weekly Blotter, Blaine Sector May 3 – May 9

Blaine, Wash. – The information listed below is from arrests and seizures related to CBP U.S. Border Patrol in the Blaine Sector area of operations. For security reasons, this may not be a complete list of enforcement actions.


05/03/2012- Border Patrol agents responded to a request for assistance from the Island County Sheriff’s Department regarding a subject that they had detained. The individual admitted to being a citizen of Mexico illegally present in the United States. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for removal.


05/03/2012- Border Patrol agents responded to a request for assistance from the Everson Police Department regarding a subject that they had detained in Everson, Washington. The individual presented a fraudulent immigration document to agents. Upon questioning, the subject admitted to being a citizen of Mexico illegally present in the United States. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for removal.


05/06/2012- Blaine Border Patrol agents responded to a request for assistance from the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office regarding two subjects that they had detained in Ferndale, Washington. Both subjects admitted to being citizens of Mexico illegally present in the United States. Both subjects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.
