Exactly. Boot them all out within 24 hours. We shouldn't even know if they're pregnant or not. We should NOT be giving these people pelvic exams. Take their temperature and throw them back over the border they crossed. No papers, no stay. Period. Haul the minors to their nearest consulate, and if they release them into the population, close the consulate and cut off all trade.

Seem to me you've lost sight of why we're here (on ALIPAC). AG Sessions is doing a great job and he represents us well on the issues most of us have chosen as our priority. To besmirch him over his failure to align with your pro-abortion position on here (ALIPAC) is ridiculous. Perhaps you should go find an ACLU or pro-abortion website to air your dismay on. As for your comment on Sessions trying to turn the government into an anchor breeding factory comment ...... absolutely untrue. What he, President Trump and the Texas AG, Ken Paxton, are trying to do is stop our country from being a refuge for illegal alien girls seeking an abortion on demand!

Since the ACLU has won this case, they are now in pursuit of making it legal for all illegal women to come here for their abortions. Sessions, Trump, and Paxton tried to prevent this from happening because they didn't want to give more illegals a reason to come here. Your position on this is very wrong because, whether you intend it or not, is promoting an influx of illegals seeking a benefit not offered in their own country.

There is no law in our country or Texas that authorized illegals to come into our country demanding an abortion. The precedent that has been set here is not in the best interest of the United States because it encouraged more illegal immigration! For some reason you seem to be missing a huge point here, the girl is an illegal immigrant and as such is not entitled to be here, much less make demands!

Once they're here, they have a right to an abortion they pay for, even when they're in federal custody. That's been the law for over 43 years.

I'm shocked really that even you would support government-forced anchor baby breeding factories. So vile, disgusting and perverse, and so against the national interest of the United States.

You're wrong. They shouldn't be here in the first place and they certainly don't have a right to demand anything. Abortion on demand for illegal immigrants is not the law and has never been.

Encouraging pregnant illegals to come here demanding an abortion is not the way to go on this. Unfortunately we already provide plenty of incentives for folks to come here illegally. Why in the world would you support another reason for more to come? It just doesn't make any sense.

Any and every woman in the United States has a right to a safe, legal abortion they pay for, including illegal aliens. What illegal aliens DO NOT have a right to is a job, housing, Medicaid, anchor babies, food stamps, child care tax credits and earned income tax credits to name a few.

The only thing you're right about is they shouldn't be here in the first place.
