I voted "No." I agree with you PintoBean that we need to hit this one harder. Even though we are winning, the percentages in this poll do not reflect the usually 80%+ or higher polls on our side.

Well, the 58% No vote definitely doesn't represent the average 80+++ of the majority of American citizens so I wonder who/what AOL is getting to vote in their polls.

I think the low "no" on the first poll may be because the majority of people think "temporary" means temporary. I wouldn't mind a temporary worker program if it did truly mean something like being able to work for 2 years and then having to go home for at least 1 year with enforcement mechanisms to make sure that happened such as they don't get the majority of their pay until they leave. And no family members, anchor babies, etc.
