    No. I do not think your questions out-of-line in the least if this is what you meant. As far as French Quebec Canadians go, my parent live in an area that they are abundanent and not appreciated. In fact, their French Canadian problem is considered worse by them than the illegal alien situations in most of the rest of the States.
