I said send them back but if they don't go now, then I think they should be prosecuted and punished according to how long they broke the law. For example, a new illegal, who didn't get the word that we really DON'T want or NEED them should be deported and not allowed in this country legally for ten years. Someone who is walking around protesting today and gets arrested next year, should be arrested, kept in prison with the gangsters who I hope beat the snot out of them, labeled as felons and, when the get out and are deported, prohibited from ever setting foot on American soil again.
As for the ones whose country won't take them back, how about we send them to Mexico? They seem to be running low on people since their people are all coming here to live. Just drop them off by the bus loads in the middle of the night and leave them -- sort of like the coyotes do with illegals they bring across the Mexican border to American cities.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

** I don't see how sending them back without charging them
or making them serve time is going to help things. They'll
just come right back but if we make them suffer in jail for
a few weeks perhaps they'll reconsider?***Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed.

Fox reportedly said that the Senate committee vote was the culmination of 5 years work on his part. Too bad he didn't spend those 5 years making Mexico livable for his people.
Hope our legislators see these poll numbers. It'll be interesting to see what happens at the circle jerk in Cancun.
